Thank you for shopping with Prakriti Hastkala. We take great pride in offering authentic, handcrafted, and eco-friendly products. Each item is carefully made and checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if: The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned: Customized or made-to-order products Products purchased during sale or discount offers Items with slight color or texture variations (as they are part of the handmade charm)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@prakritihastkala.com with the following details: Your order number Reason for return Photos or videos showing the issue Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. In case of defective or wrong product delivery, Prakriti Hastkala will bear the shipping charges. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on availability.
