At Prakriti Hastkala , we take great care in delivering your handcrafted products safely and on time. Each order is packed with love and attention to detail to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
As our products are handcrafted, in some cases, order preparation may take up to 7 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If there is any delay due to high order volume or availability of materials, we will inform you promptly via email or phone.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
We ship through trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location)
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across India. International shipping may be available on request (please contact us before placing an order).
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, as per our ongoing offers or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate at the time of placing the order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or non-response to courier calls, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for any re-delivery attempt.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it. Take clear photos and contact us immediately at support@prakritihastkala.com so we can assist you.
7. International Shipping (Optional)
If you wish to order from outside India, please contact us at info@prakritihastkala.com before placing your order. We will confirm shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery time based on your location.
